In November 2006 Tommy enjoyed a backstage visit in Hamilton Ontario with old friends Kitty Wells and Johnny Wright.
Kitty and Johnny and their son Bobby Wright were in town as part of the "Living Legends of Country Music" Show, which also featured Roy Clark, Stonewall Jackson, and Jean Shepard.
